DECISIONS OF THE BOARD MEMBERS DATED ON 30 SEPTEMBER 2024.
Based on the decision of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 28.09.2024, the following decisions have been made by the board members.
DECISION.1: COMMUNAL FEE
The monthly communal fee for the period 01.09.2024 - 31.08.2025 has been set at 1.350.-TL. It has been decided that the communal fee has to be paid either into the relevant bank account or in cash by the last day of each respective month. Otherwise, a monthly late penalty of 5% will be applied, and legal proceedings will be initiated for owners who fail to make payments. If the above-determined communal fees prove insufficient or there are unexpected price increases, the right to request additional payments from owners is reserved.
DECISION.2: FUND PAYMENT
As a result of the observation, it has been determined that there are necessary repairs and renovations required in our complex. Therefore, we have decided to collect money for the fund account. As the board decision, it has been agreed to collect 2,000 TL per independent unit for the repairs. The deadline for this payment is February 28, 2025. Payments made after February 28, 2025, will incur a monthly late penaly fee of 5%, and legal proceedings will be initiated for owners who fail to make payments.
